大连新达纺织品进出口有限公司是中国较早从事纺织品、服装国际贸易的供应商，兼营外派国际劳务业务。
      1985年，中国纺织品进出口大连分公司成立，1999年更名为大连纺织品进出口有限公司，2002年改制为大连新达纺织品进出口有限公司。公司是以生产，加工，出口各类纺织品、服装等为主营业务的外向型股份制企业。主要从事：纺织品、服装生产和出口业务兼营建材、机电、化工、工艺品、五矿等销售，自营和代理各类商品和技术的进出口、国际外派劳务等业务；为美国、欧盟、日本、韩国等50余个国家和地区提供产品和服务。公司设有中国大连保税区分公司，在中国大连市开发区建设了拥有先进设备和技术的现代化服装加工厂。
      公司是中国纺织品进出口商会会员兼理事单位、中国轻工工艺进出口商会会员、中国机电产品进出口商会会员、中国对外承包工程商会会员,中国中日研修生协力机构成员。

Dalian New Star Textiles Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002, which restructured from China Textiles Imp. & Exp. Dalian Branch started in 1985 and it was renamed as Dalian Textiles Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. in 1999.
We are an export-oriented joint-stock enterprise, specializing in manufacturing and exporting various kinds of textiles and garments. Other export products and services include construction material, machinery & electricity products, chemical products, arts and craftsman products, mineral products, labour cooperation and so on.
